Downtown Tucker Area Livable Centers Initiative Study

The study process was a collaboration of information gathering, analysis and community participation to ensure that the final plan and recommendations were comprehensive, reflecting the interests and desires of the entire Tucker community. Along with a master plan illustrating land uses, streetscape and transportation recommendations, a report outlines future actions, programs, costs, responsible parties and implementation strategies that are guided by the area’s future goals, as determined during the community outreach process.
