The Ecos Environmental Design office is located in The Blue Horse Building, in historic Inman Park, just east of downtown Atlanta. Built in 1954, the building was the headquarters for the Montag Paper Company (later Mead Packaging), the manufacturers of Blue Horse School Tablets used by many Atlanta school children over the years. When Mead Packaging left the Inman Park location, the neighborhood insisted that any redevelopment of the site be compatible with the historic surroundings and that the original building be retained. In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we are proud to be part of this adaptive, mixed-use project that includes office, retail and residential.
