Ecos has just launched the Design Development Phase
of the campus wide improvements at River Oaks Regional Medical Center located
in Flowood, Mississippi, just outside of Jackson. The
River Oaks Facility is currently in the design stages
for a four floor Patient Wing and Emergency Department
Addition. As part of this project, Ecos will be
creating multi-stage phasing plans to ensure patient
access and site circulation to the hospital during the
campus-wide renovation. Construction is expected to start
in October of this year.

Tribute Lofts
Tribute Lofts, a mixed-use, multi-buillding
complex, is tentatively set to be completed in February
of 2007. The buildings will be connected by a three-story
parking deck which houses a rooftop garden. The garden
will span the top of the parking deck and will be visible
from the upper floors of the buildings. The rooftop space
will include courtyards and a fountain, and is broken
up into three distinct areas to offer a variety of uses.
Ground level retail and studio live / work apartments
will have frontage on John Wesley Dobbs Avenue and Boulevard.
Decorative paving patterns and textural plant materials
are used along the street to create a visually appealing
site for this urban Atlanta loft project. |

Cabbagetown Park
Cabbagetown Park was
completed in the fall of 2005 and dedicated earlier this
year. The park’s first public gathering,,
the Cabbagetown Chomp & Stomp, a community festival
and chili cook-off , brought a lot of positive feedback
from the neighborhood. This once derelict piece of land
in the heart of the Cabbagetown is now a thriving park
and a welcome addition to this flourishing urban neighborhood. Over
125 new trees were planted on just over three acres.
Sidewalks, seatwalls, park benches, an amphitheater,
lighting, and drinking fountains are just some of the
amenities that enhance this gem of a park. |
